Drum Design
The free-swinging cleaning drum is the heart of every EazyClean machine. Quality shock absorbers compensate for centrifugal forces – no floor mounting needed, minimal vibration at 400g centrifugal force. The special drum geometry with carefully arranged ribs enhances cleaning effect, minimizes abrasion, and reduces wrinkling by up to 50% compared to standard machines.
Concentration Measurement
The concentration analyzer measures actual solvent concentration in the air box during drying. 30 measuring points capture temperature, pressure, concentration, and humidity in real time. The system automatically calculates the optimal drying end point and enables different drying strategies – for consistently perfect results with every load.
Distillation
Continuous distillation with an oval-shaped stainless steel steam chamber purifies the solvent after each cycle. This design enables faster distillation at lower energy costs. Contaminants, dyes, and residues are reliably removed – pure solvent after every batch.
Solvent Recovery
The activated carbon filter system captures solvent vapors and returns them to the closed circuit. With a recovery rate of over 99%, this technology protects the environment and your bottom line equally. A closed circuit means: minimal solvent consumption, maximum profitability.
